Skill Set

- Experience working in a fast-paced food environment is necessary. Duties
- Prepare and cook individual dishes and sandwiches.
- Vegetable and fruit prep for salads.
- Minor baking duties for fresh product daily.
- Oversee organization of refrigeration, freezer units and café dry storage.
- Inventory management and control. Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of food, determine size of food portions.
- Cost out individual menu items.
- Prepare dishes for customers.
- Ensure food safety guidelines are being followed.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
- Report to managers any requirements.
- Creates menu items with managers. Hours
Full time hours scheduled within the café hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 7:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Qualifications
1 - 2 years line cook experience. Safe food handling certification an asset. Counter ServiceSkill Sets

- Serve customers, ring sales into POS system, make specialty coffee drinks, make protein drinks and other food items as needed.
- Perform cleaning and organizational duties in café.
- Must take direction well and be teachable.
- Naturally good with people with a pleasant, personable attitude. Responsibilities
Handling cash, greet customers, open and close duties, minor food prep, attend staff meetings, other duties as assigned Hours

- Customer service experience is vital.
