How Personal E-Training (PET) Works
We design an exercise program based on your current fitness level, preferences and schedule then load it to a USB key - this is your e-trainer.
When You Work Out
Walk into the Club, plug the e-trainer into a kiosk and select your pre programmed exercise workout - it's that easy! It will direct you to use the right equipment at the right pace for the right duration, all based on your individual needs.
Never forget how to adjust a machine again, lose count of the number of reps or walk around with a piece of paper. You'll always know what to do next and getting back into a routine will be easy if you miss a day of your exercise training program.
Your e-trainer will monitor your heart rate, the distance travelled and your weight lifted. This data is used to monitor your progress and determine when a new fitness program is needed. You can also review this information on your home computer to monitor your progress at mywellness.com.
