Indoor Golf

Shape Up Fitness Challenge
This 8-week team fitness challenge will help you shape-up and slim down! Be motivated and challenged by your team members and team leader! Your Personal Trainer will motivate, challenge and educate you about how to get the most from your workout time and improve your nutrition.

Achieve your weight loss goals guaranteed with our weight loss program. Your personal trainer will give show you how to build a sustainable and healthy lifestyle with an exercise program designed specially for you and nutrition counselling to make sure those pounds stay off. Women on Weights
For Women Only - Learn how to use free weights to improve your fitness, burn calories and tone muscles while increasing strength endurance and bone density. You’ll work with a personal trainer in a small group over six weeks and learn how to exercise effectively.

Snowshoe Club
Join us as we enjoy the snow and explore nearby trails while improving our cardio and building strength, balance and endurance. Class begins week of January 9th and runs on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:15am and Saturday at 9am. Please bring your own snowshoes - contact Adventure Guide for rentals
