Golf Conditioning

Our group sports conditioning programs offer dry-land training that will help you perform at your peak. We help you strengthen the key skills that you need in your sport through a program of:

  • Innovative drills
  • Consecutive skill development
  • Core training for balance and stability
  • Flexibility training
  • Full strength conditioning

Our group sports conditioning programs currently focus on hockey, skiing/snowboarding and golf. One-on-one sports conditioning can be designed for you by one of our trainers who shares your passion for the same sport. Session lengths vary based on program demands.
