Ski/Snowboard Conditioning

Do you want to improve your performance on the slopes?

Let our trainers show you how to improve your performance. Learn ski/snowboard specific drills that will help you with lower body conditioning and power, core training, balance and flexibility training.

Class Info

  • Sessions run Monday’s at 8:00pm, Wednesday’s at 8:00pm and Saturday’s at 8:30am
  • Sign up for as many sessions each week as you want
  • Program is progressive
  • An off day cardio training program will be given to each participant to complete on their own
  • Member’s will be programmed onto a PeT Key
  • A minimum purchase of 8 sessions.
