Columbia Lake Health Club offers a variety of Pilates and Yoga classes FREE with your Gold or Platinum Membership.

Summer Schedule (effective June 29th)

Novice Classes

Intro to Pilates - You will learn the 5 basic principles of Pilates, and build a strong foundation of exercises to move on to the next level. Emphasis will be placed on breathing and body awareness

Beginner Yoga - This class will guide you through simple poses that emphasize breathing and flexibility. Come away with a better understanding of movement, strength, and stretching.

Multi-Level Classes

Intermediate Yoga - Relax the body and the mind with Yoga. Through a variety of poses we will strengthen and tone the physical body while breathing and relaxation practices encourage peace of mind and inner balance.

Pilates I - Pilates I gains on technique learned in Intro to Pilates with greater focus on improving the flow of basic exercise. You will work on moving from one pose into the next with stability and ease. Previous Pilates experienced is not required.

Yoga Fever - Hot Yoga is a highly effective therapeutic method of yoga. This environment helps prevent injury, improves circulation and promotes detoxification. It’s designed to stretch and strengthen every muscle, ligament, tendon, and joint in your body, while exploring yoga philosophy along the way.

Extreme Classes

Pilates II - For more challenge, Pilates II will take you through a dynamic full-body workout. With exercises that stretch and tone all muscle groups, this is a class that will streamline your body, without adding bulk. Previous Pilates experience is required.

Power Pilates - For more challenge, Power Pilates is an invigorating class which will take you through a dynamic, full-body workout. Exercises in this series help to stretch and tone all muscle groups. Power Pilates is a class that will streamline your body without adding bulk. Previous Pilates experience is required.
