Do you want to improve your performance on ice?

We welcome all skill levels; young athletes, weekend warriors, old timers and Olympic hopefuls.

Class Info:

  • Classes run Tuesday evenings at 8:00pm for 8 weeks
  • Taught by Personal Trainers that have hockey specific training
  • Separate sessions can be arranged if you have a group of at least 6 or more.
