Golf Conditioning

Golf requires an investment of your time and money. Get the most of this investment by being ready to perform. Golfer’s benefit from training that strengthens their core, balance and range of motion.

The Columbia Lake Health Club Golf Conditioning program will improve your game and your enjoyment. It only makes sense to spend some time getting ready for golf season. If you can start the season with stronger balance, flexibility and strength, it will certainly show up in your game. You will:

  • Develop strength and endurance for more power behind
    your swing
  • Improve your balance through stability training
  • Develop muscle memory for an improved and consistent swing
  • Strengthen your core for better control
  • Increase the range of your rotation
  • Decrease likelihood of injury

Week 1
One on one swing assessment with golf pro, Rob Hannah, CPGA.

Week 2-7
Group training which covers flexibility, core strengthening, posture correction, combination training, and golf specific exercises.

Week 8
Indoor driving range practice with Rob and your trainer at Max’s Golf Centre.

Columbia Lake Health Club offers Golf Conditioning programs to its members, friends and family. The program has staggered start dates to fit your schedule. You don’t have to be a member of Columbia Lake Health Club to participate. This program is open to non-members so that you can try out the facility and get ready for the season together.
