Join any of our 100 fitness classes each week – the widest variety of classes that will challenge you and make your workout fun and invigorating. There’s always a class that you can fit into your busy schedule – there’s always variety and there’s always an instructor who makes your experience fun and challenging.
You have to try our newest “Cardio Wave” class – the most effective workout that you can get in 25 minutes. We take the “Cardio Wave”, lead it off with an instructor, add some great music and get you moving. Some of our group fitness programs include:- Cycling in the custom-designed studio with 30 Keiser bikes that help you monitor your heart rate, speed, rpm, wats
- Aerobics for beginner to advanced on a sprung hardwood floor and lots of natural light
- Strength training with bands, balls, and free weights for variety and challenge in a group setting
- Core conditioning that will tone and strengthen those abs
- Yoga and Pilates classes that are free and unlimited for all Gold and Platinum members (contact us for more details)
