 | Group FitnessGroup fitness classes make it fun to workout. Join your friends and meet new people by attending any of the wide variety of classes. We bring new group fitness programs to you every three months so you won’t get bored. Our great instructors motivate, challenge and help you forget that you are getting exercise. Music is chosen to suit the class and we’re happy to take input from members on music and programs. Some of our group fitness programs include: - Cycling in the custom-designed studio
with 24 Keiser bikes that help you monitor your heart rate, speed, rpm, wats - Aerobics for beginner to advanced on
a sprung hardwood floor and lots of natural light - Strength training with bands and balls,
and free weights for variety and challenge in a group setting - Gentle Joints classes for the mature adult who prefer the classes at a comfortable pace
- “Wave” classes that take group aerobics training on the cardio equipment for a unique challenge like no other
- Programs including yoga, pilates, kinesis, sports conditioning are available as extra services booked in 8 week sessions independent of our standard membership package
