Group Personal Training

Our Group Personal Training is the best of both worlds. Check the schedule of Group Personal Training classes online and call in to book up to 12 hours in advance.

Each class will take you through a combination of core, strength and balance exercises while keeping your heart rate elevated so that you get it all in one 45 minute session. Some classes are focused on golf enthusiasts and some classes will be focused for skiers and snowboarders.

All classes will give you way more for your money. Bring a friend and workout together.
