Do you want to do more than run on a treadmill? Columbia Lake Health Club is here to help you fast track your fitness. We bring you 4 different programs that will get you on the road to a healthier lifestyle. All of these are based on using a PeT – a Personal e-Trainer, which is a usb key programmed according to your fitness level. When inserted into your choice of cardio or strength equipment, your PeT prompts your workout so that you don’t need to think about what you did last time or carry around a piece of paper. Challenge - your ability to perform by meeting with a trainer for 30 minutes every week to monitor your progress, add challenge to your workout, guide you in better nutrition and make your workout very satisfying. |
