Enjoy the benefits of our women’s only studio that has a full line of strength equipment, full choice of cardio equipment, free weights and stretching area.

Access the women’s only studio directly from the women’s locker room. Enjoy the natural light flowing into this area and the calming view of the sunset during your workout. We have female personal trainers that can assist you in the women’s only area as well.

Would you like to have professional child care available so that you can workout? Columbia Lake Health Club now offers a child care membership option in partnership with Kids and Company, a fully licensed child care provider that is located within TechTown.
