Our fitness classes are designed to motivate and challenge you to burn calories quickly and safely. Our instructors design their own programs, selecting music that is appropriate to their class based on the needs of the members. Our instructors are auditioned to ensure they meet the highest standards of fitness programming and customer satisfaction. We encourage our instructors to create their own unique program, to provide variety in both the music and the delivery so that you will find new challenge and fun throughout your time at the club.
Our Healthy You classes are specifically designed to help those who are new to fitness to make us their healthy habit, safely. You’ll enjoy the low impact, educational element to these classes and the chance to meet new members who are just like you. Healthy You classes are available across a wide spectrum of programs so that you have choices with a new cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance program.
